Product Description
This a stage combat version of the Imperial Battle Sword.
The light weight and well balanced single Hand Sword is based on the Marshall Sword, so named for one of Englands finest knights of the latter half of the 12 century.
The sword features a tapering blade with wide fuller. The leather covered wooden grip is contoured and enhances both the beauty and handling of the sword. The solid brushed steel guard also adds to the attractiveness of this sword.
Included is a leather wrapped wooden scabbard and hanger.
About Stage Combat Swords
Stage combat swords are specially designed to be used in theatrical productions where simulated sword combat is required. These swords feature blades with thicker edges and rounded tips.
IMPORTANT
Although these swords are not sharp, they can still inflict serious bodily damage. These swords should only be used with the guidance of personnel trained in combat reproduction. Even though swords feature a thicker blade, any sword can break if struck hard enough against another metal blade. These swords should only be used for light contact.
