The Triumph Sword Frogs are not for just anybody. No, most people should just use the standard sword frogs with no designs on them. After all, it's only the special few who can wear a frog as striking as this one. Only the truly heroic can earn the right to wear such a fine, well crafted ... oh never mind. Just buy this sword frog. You know you want to. It's extremely well made and looks so much cooler than the standard black or brown ones.

The Triumph Sword Frog is made from high quality leather with rugged stitching and a stylish design on the leather that calls to mind the Glaive tool in the old movie Krull. Am I dating myself there? (well, it's about time SOMEBODY dated me). Unlike the standard sword frog, the Triumph style has two spaced belt loops. These loops allow the frog to hang at a more natural angle and hold your sword in a better, more accessible location. Slip the frog onto your belt, slide the sword into the frog, and you're ready for anything.

The flintlock pistol was the greatest advance in pirating since the wooden leg. The concept was fairly simple: gunpowder was stuffed into the barrel. A lead ball, usually wrapped in some sort of fabric, was stuffed in. A hammer was then pulled back half-way and left that way until the gun was ready to fire. The pistol technically was not meant to fire in this position, although sometimes they were known to go off half-cocked (and yes, that is the origin of that expression). When the gun was ready to be fired, the hammer was pulled back all the way and the trigger was squeezed. If you're feeling flinty, go check out the Strongblade selection of flintlock pistols, blunderbuss pistols and flintlock rifles.
