These foam buckler shields are a perfect example. They look like nothing in the world. Unique, intricate and intimidating, these faceted bucklers are the perfect choice for all characters who crave something a little different.

Made from a rugged latex-coated foam, these bucklers are light and durable, but strong enough to shrug off even the strongest of blows. Tough, adjustable nylon straps on the back let you customize your grip. The shield is about 28 inches in diameter, and approximately 2 inches thick at the thickest point.

The Japanese katana was often worn paired with another smaller sword or dagger. The shorter sword, called a wazashi (also known alternately as Wakizashi and, occasionally, Fred) measured twelve to twenty-four inches in length.
