This helmet is identical to our very poplular SBH-CORINTHIAN except that it a smaller size(hat size 7 or less). It also features a slightly lower grade display stand, but at $99 it is a wonderful value.

Can there be anything quite so cool as an ancient Greek soldier wearing a Corinthian style helmet? These things are without doubt one of the most fantastic helmet styles ever designed. With it's long cheek plates and jutting nose plates this helmet is the epitome of style and good design. Throw in the horsehair crest on top and you've got every Greek babe in the vicinity offering you their laurels. Heck, any woman, really.

The Corinthian helmet has been recognized as one of the most important military inventions in history. The design, usually made froma single piece of metal, provided excellent protection, suberb vision and sent chills down the backs of enemies.

Have you seen the trailers for the upcoming movie "The 300"? It's based on the Frank Miller graphic novel of the same name, which itself is based on the famous Battle of Thermopylae. If you haven't seen the astounding trailer to this movie, check it out. You won't be disappointed. Anyway, my point is that the Greek heroes in that movie all wear these type of Corinthian helmets, and man, do they look cool.

Our Corinthian is made from 18-gauge high carbon steel and feature a gorgeous crest made from fine stitched leather and oodles of horse-hair. It comes with a leather liner for wearing and a polished stand for display.
