This is the Official Conquest Black Ice Helmet. Conquest is the biggest LARP gathering in Europe. This helmet features a unique fantasy style and comes with a blackened steel lower and shiny steel upper. You can pair this helmet with other Black Ice armour pieces or your existing blackened or plain steel armour and it will look great. Our Black Ice Steel Helmet is completely padded and lined on the inside. Very simple and extremely comfortable. This method gives you the perfect fit and prevents the helmet from sliding around. The helmet does not have a moveable visor, it just slides over the head. Available in Medium or Large.
Sizing:
Medium: Fits 23-26 inch head circumferences
Large: Fits 24-28 inch head circumferences

When Strongblade refers to a "Battle Sword," we are referring to most European medieval swords with blades longer than 35” or so. These type of swords included hand-and-a-half swords (sometimes refered to as Bastard Swords) and the big two-handed swords. Real battle swords had blades well in excess of this, and, in fact, a 35" sword was considered a bit skimpy for fighting skirmishes. But for home use and light sparring, a 36" blade is fairly long.
