Like it's twin bladed sister, this single axe is a joy to swing. Lighter than the double axe, this blade is also hand-crafted from high carbon steel and features a lathed, polished-hardwood handle. A bit smaller than a typical battle axe, this axe can be held and swung easily in one hand.

Makes a fierce looking display, particularly with two axes and possibly a shield. Also a brilliant accessory to any warrior's garb.Would be devasting and dangerous to spar with, so please do not use for such purposes.

Although the term rapier has become synonymous with any narrow-bladed sword (particularly those with fancy hilts), the term rapier actually applied to only a select few types of swords. Rapiers were narrow (usually one and a quarter inches wide), quite long, fairly heavy, and usually had only a slight edge on them. The extremely long length of the rapiers made them a bit heavy and cumbersome, not at all the Errol Flynn or Zorro-type small-swords that most people think of.
