From the day Strongblade was founded, in 2006, we have set out to be a different type of company. Not only are we different from other sword companies but different from most other online-retailers. We differentiate our product line by offering a mix of products which can be found elsewhere to provide a complete offering but also products of our own design and creation. We deliver a great quality product at a great price. There is no product that we sell that we would not want to purchase ourselves. Every product goes through in-house quality control before it leaves our warehouse to assure you receive it in pristine condition. Should you ever be dissatisfied with your purchase please, even after our warranty period, please contact us so we can try to remedy the situation.
Our engraving services are also unique in the industry. We offer fast, flexible engraving at a bargain price. We offer text engraving with up to 150 characters standard but we also offer preset graphic patterns as well as a library of over 1,000 different images. Most of our engraved products are engraved and shipped in 1-3 days after they are ordered. Our full featured online engraving app allows for the design of an engraved masterpiece but should you want something more customized than is handled by our online app our staff is happy to help you with your project. However, what differentiates Strongblade the most is our attitude towards our customers. We understand that customers purchase our products because they like them not because they need them. So our goal is to make the entire customer experience as positive as possible. We are here to provide a great customer experience and build a loyal customer base not to secure just another order. This is my first time ever ordering any sort of LARP material (starting up in Feb). I like to gauge the companies I buy stuff from
by how fun they are. When I ordered my LARP axe, I put in the comments that I liked bears and wanted a picture of one in my
delivery.
You did it! You should have seen the look on my face when I saw Yogi staring back at me from the box. I was almost
more excited by that than the axe itself (which is awesome).
