Every product goes through in-house quality control before it leaves our warehouse to assure you receive it in pristine condition. Our engraving services are also unique in the industry. We offer fast, flexible engraving at a bargain price. We offer text engraving with up to 150 characters standard but we also offer preset graphic patterns as well as a library of over 1,000 different images. Most of our engraved products are engraved and shipped in 1-3 days after they are ordered. Our full featured online engraving app allows for the design of an engraved masterpiece but should you want something more customized than is handled by our online app our staff is happy to help you with your project. However, what differentiates Strongblade the most is our attitude towards our customers. We understand that customers purchase our products because they like them not because they need them. So our goal is to make the entire customer experience as positive as possible. We are here to provide a great customer experience and build a loyal customer base not to secure just another order. I could not be more pleased with my purchase, and the entire experience of creating this custom sword. From the moment I first contacted Roger, responses were fast, and he worked with me to create exactly what I wanted, not stopping until it was perfect. They made suggestions and even took my original ideas and made them better. Best of all, they caught a few mistakes and things I was originally compromising on due to character limits on the website, researching the verse I wanted on their own and making sure the entire, correct verse was the final one used, also catching my silly spelling errors. The sword is in marvelous shape, good weight and balance, and better than described. The family coat of arms and scripture verse I asked for turned out so well, I cried when I opened it, as did my significant other whom I purchased the sword for. They arrived... and My God! What amazing work you guys did! The swords alone are incredibly impressive! They certainly surpassed my expectations, the craftsmanship of every part of the sword is incredible! The stitching on the handle just puts the icing on the cake! The pommel and wingspan of the guard are also truly impressive. The swords are pretty much exactly what I wanted. The engravings literally could not have looked any better than you guys did them, just great work. It's pretty clear you folks at Strongblade take a lot of pride in your work.

Hey guys,
This is my first time ever ordering any sort of LARP material (starting up in Feb). I like to gauge the companies I buy stuff from
by how fun they are. When I ordered my LARP axe, I put in the comments that I liked bears and wanted a picture of one in my
delivery.
You did it! You should have seen the look on my face when I saw Yogi staring back at me from the box. I was almost
more excited by that than the axe itself (which is awesome).
