We differentiate our product line by offering a mix of products which can be found elsewhere to provide a complete offering but also products of our own design and creation. We deliver a great quality product at a great price. There is no product that we sell that we would not want to purchase ourselves. Every product goes through in-house quality control before it leaves our warehouse to assure you receive it in pristine condition. Should you ever be dissatisfied with your purchase please, even after our warranty period, please contact us so we can try to remedy the situation.
Our engraving services are also unique in the industry. We offer fast, flexible engraving at a bargain price. We offer text engraving with up to 150 characters standard but we also offer preset graphic patterns as well as a library of over 1,000 different images. Most of our engraved products are engraved and shipped in 1-3 days after they are ordered. Our full featured online engraving app allows for the design of an engraved masterpiece but should you want something more customized than is handled by our online app our staff is happy to help you with your project. However, what differentiates Strongblade the most is our attitude towards our customers. We understand that customers purchase our products because they like them not because they need them. My name is Ryan and I recently purchased a number of engraved swords from your website as groomsmen gifts for my wedding. I normally don't write companies back unless there is a problem with the purchase, but I was so pleased with the quality, price and customer service that I made an exception in this case. The swords were of excellent quality and the engravings were exactly as I had envisioned them. The price for these swords was amazing, considering that they were hand-forged high-carbon steel. It was low enough that I was at first fearful that it may have been a scam, but when they arrived, it was clear that you guys are exactly as advertised. I could not be more pleased with my purchase, and the entire experience of creating this custom sword. From the moment I first contacted Roger, responses were fast, and he worked with me to create exactly what I wanted, not stopping until it was perfect. They made suggestions and even took my original ideas and made them better. Best of all, they caught a few mistakes and things I was originally compromising on due to character limits on the website, researching the verse I wanted on their own and making sure the entire, correct verse was the final one used, also catching my silly spelling errors. The sword is in marvelous shape, good weight and balance, and better than described. The family coat of arms and scripture verse I asked for turned out so well, I cried when I opened it, as did my significant other whom I purchased the sword for. This is my first time ever ordering any sort of LARP material (starting up in Feb). I like to gauge the companies I buy stuff from
by how fun they are. When I ordered my LARP axe, I put in the comments that I liked bears and wanted a picture of one in my
delivery.
