Altair has his hidden blades and fighting knives, but when the things get real hairy, it's his sword that bails him out.

The Sword of Altair is a licensed reproduction of the sword used by Altair in the Assassin's Creed video games. It is made from a tempered, high-carbon steel and can be classified as battle-ready, except for the fact that the blade is not sharpened (the licensing rules apparently mandate this). Our lawyer is hulking out because I haven't mentioned this yet, so here goes: Should you choose to sharpen your edged collectible after sale, the licensor, licensee and sellor are not liable for any damage or injury that may result from its use or handling.
The weapon has beautiful winged guards and an "eagle-head" pommel, just as the one in the game has. The grip is made from real suede (real comfortable suede, too!) with crisscrossed threading.

The Sword of Altair comes with a suede-wrapped wood sheath.

The flintlock pistol was the greatest advance in pirating since the wooden leg. The concept was fairly simple: gunpowder was stuffed into the barrel. A lead ball, usually wrapped in some sort of fabric, was stuffed in. A hammer was then pulled back half-way and left that way until the gun was ready to fire. The pistol technically was not meant to fire in this position, although sometimes they were known to go off half-cocked (and yes, that is the origin of that expression). When the gun was ready to be fired, the hammer was pulled back all the way and the trigger was squeezed.
