After a long wait and uncertain future, we have finally been treated to a new Kit Rae sword! Exotath may not exactly roll off the tongue, but the sword itself could roll a few heads, if you know what I mean.
True to Kit Rae style, this sword is a wonder of Celtic and gothic-fantasy style. Just about every square inch of this sword is covered with jagged and elaborate designs. It's meant to be the sword of a bad-ass dark elf, and that's exactly what it looks like. Evil, dark, leering and, somehow, still graceful. The stainless steel blade is wrapped at the center with an extremely fine black leather and adorned with a leering, frighteningly stylized skull.
Skulls seem to be the motif on this one. Suggestions of skulls and actual stylized skulls are scattered across the sword. It's like one of those word-finder puzzles where you have to find the words hidden in a square full of letters. Only, it's skulls. And there are no letters. Only 45 inches of lethal-looking steel. And if you try to circle the skulls with a pen, the owner of the sword would probably add your skull to the decorations on the sword.
