Hand Forged Katana

Hand Forging, Hand Polishing and tempering using ancient sword making techniques, make these katanas truly functional and beautiful. From the original and only sword making city in China for most of its history, these katanas emerge as a true sword with the heart of the warrior inside. Each katana is presented in a beautiful presentation box and comes with a cotton bag for protection of the matte finished black saya. The tsuba is made from iron, the tsuka (handle) is covered in real Ray skin, and the Tsuka-ito (handle wrap) is made from real silk. All of this at an icredible value. The Hand Forged Katana provided the entry level katana of the CB Essential Series of Katanas. It can be used for cutting on practice mats, or displayed for its beauty.
