Every product goes through in-house quality control before it leaves our warehouse to assure you receive it in pristine condition. Should you ever be dissatisfied with your purchase please, even after our warranty period, please contact us so we can try to remedy the situation.
Our engraving services are also unique in the industry. We offer fast, flexible engraving at a bargain price. We offer text engraving with up to 150 characters standard but we also offer preset graphic patterns as well as a library of over 1,000 different images. Most of our engraved products are engraved and shipped in 1-3 days after they are ordered. Our full featured online engraving app allows for the design of an engraved masterpiece but should you want something more customized than is handled by our online app our staff is happy to help you with your project. However, what differentiates Strongblade the most is our attitude towards our customers. We understand that customers purchase our products because they like them not because they need them. Just a quick note to let you know I received my sword today and it's just perfect. Shipping was fast, the blade and scabbard were in great shape, and the engraving was PERFECT. I enjoyed the ""Care and Feeding"" guide - glad to know you've got a sense of humor (as you should have, selling Medieval swords in 2014!!). Very satisfied, and will shop here again as I arm up (um, I mean ""costume up"") for the next Renaissance festival. Actually I'll be a holdout from an earlier age I suppose.

My name is Ryan and I recently purchased a number of engraved swords from your website as groomsmen gifts for my wedding. I normally don't write companies back unless there is a problem with the purchase, but I was so pleased with the quality, price and customer service that I made an exception in this case. The swords were of excellent quality and the engravings were exactly as I had envisioned them. The price for these swords was amazing, considering that they were hand-forged high-carbon steel. It was low enough that I was at first fearful that it may have been a scam, but when they arrived, it was clear that you guys are exactly as advertised. They arrived... and My God! What amazing work you guys did! The swords alone are incredibly impressive! They certainly surpassed my expectations, the craftsmanship of every part of the sword is incredible! The stitching on the handle just puts the icing on the cake! The pommel and wingspan of the guard are also truly impressive. The swords are pretty much exactly what I wanted. The engravings literally could not have looked any better than you guys did them, just great work. It's pretty clear you folks at Strongblade take a lot of pride in your work.

I could not be more pleased with my purchase, and the entire experience of creating this custom sword. From the moment I first contacted Roger, responses were fast, and he worked with me to create exactly what I wanted, not stopping until it was perfect. They made suggestions and even took my original ideas and made them better. Best of all, they caught a few mistakes and things I was originally compromising on due to character limits on the website, researching the verse I wanted on their own and making sure the entire, correct verse was the final one used, also catching my silly spelling errors. The sword is in marvelous shape, good weight and balance, and better than described. The family coat of arms and scripture verse I asked for turned out so well, I cried when I opened it, as did my significant other whom I purchased the sword for.
