Product Description
A knight demanded that his sword be a good one, but also fair to look upon. This arming sword is both.
The "arming" term came into use to differentiate the standard single handed sword from other recently developed types such as the war sword and great sword.
The Strongblade Arming battle sword features a beautifully carved dark and light hardwood grip which provides a very secure hold and its fluted pommel balances it nicely. The guard is 6 inches wide for good protection from a sliding shield or weapon, and both are from brass for ease of care. Altogether an effective one hand sword.
Included is a leather wrapped wooden scabbard and hanger. The sword is available in both sharpened and unsharpened versions.
A stage combat version of this sword is also available. Please see the related items below.
