High Quality Foam Sword with Wavy Blade and Star Graphic

I am truly in love with this foam sword. Well, not ... you know ...TRULY in love ... but I really really ...uh, you get the point. It’s a foam version of the famous Flamberge-style swords. What is a Flamberge sword, you ask? Well, you’re looking at one silly.

Okay, okay, a flamberge sword is a sword with a wavy blade, like this one. There were lots of reasons why these swords were supposed to be very good in battle, but the only one that really counts is that they looked so darn cool.

This foam flamberge is an extremely durable, very safe version of a real flamberge. The guard on this one is similar to our Dark Infantry Sword guard, in that is curves downward in a sort of mischievous way. Unlike the Dark Infatry, this features a star graphic at the center of the guards. This makes the sword equally useable by “good guys” and “bad guys.”

This is a fantastic costume piece, and even better as a pretend-play or interactive-play toy. The soft foam with a padded plastic core is perfectly safe for roughhousing, and the durable construction methods ensure that it will live up to the harshest treatments that children (or adults) can deliver. Great for Live Action Role Playing (LARP) too!
