Decorated LARP Sovereign Sword

The Sovereign Sword covers a wide range of possibilities. It can be used by the fuedal overlord who stands before his enemies to protect his vassals. Or, it could be the Holy Sword given to the heroic paladin to fight against the Lich Lord that has taken over the neighboring village. It could be a gift from teh elves to the newly crowned king of a nearby kingdom. Or, it could just be a kick-ass sword that some mercenary found among the skeletal remains of an adventuring party. The Sovereign Sword is a regal weapon. It bears impressive carvings over its hilt and features Fleur-de-Lys style tips on the guards and on the blade's forte. It's royal appearance is complemented with a suedette wrapped grip and dug out spade-shaped pommel.
