Economical Cup Hilt Rapier

These Spanish-style rapiers were made by a manufactuer that we don't deal with anymore. Some of their stuff was great, other stuff was decent. This falls into the decent category.

The weight on this rapier is off. In fact, it's quite heavy and unbalanced. However, it is a very sturdy sword, with a wonderful cup-hilt and gaurds. The blade, while not even remotely balanced, is extremely tough. The hilt features the standard double-loop finger guards beneath the cup and the signature long quillons that extend to either side. The sword does not come with a sheath, but features a fabric wrapped elastic loop to protect it when hung from a frog or baldric.

In all, this is a fantastic display sword. Great for costumes and room displays. The sword is certainly worth more than the price we are selling it at, but we want to clear it out of our warehouse to make more room. Once these are gone, they wont return, so grab one while you can.
